Chef's Seasonal Series ​Friday, March 28 | 5:30 pm $89++ with $30++ optional wine pairing upgrade Spring Menu Release: First Course House-made ricotta toast | Knead sourdough | Spring vegetables | Pea vines | Pea flowers Second Course Pan-roasted branzino | Spring onion risotto | Asparagus gremolata | Borage flower Third Course Herb-marinated stuffed quail | Farro | Garlic-braised Swiss chard | Wild onion and chamomile soubise Fourth Course Whey-braised lamb shank | Crème fraîche smashed potato | Mint pistou ​ It's 2025 and our Dinner Series are back! Prepare to embark on a remarkable culinary adventure with Executive Chef Frankie Becerra and his team! This year, we are focusing on the six seasons of food. The Six Seasons of Food offer a deeper understanding of how the changing weather influences the foods we eat and how we nourish our bodies. Spring is a time for light, detoxifying foods like leafy greens and fresh herbs, while summer calls for cooling, hydrating dishes such as fruits, cucumbers, and mint. During the monsoon, comfort foods like root vegetables, spices, and fried snacks help balance the humidity and aid digestion. Autumn brings rich, grounding produce like squash and apples, with hearty, warming dishes perfect for strengthening the body. Winter requires rich, fortifying foods like root vegetables, nuts, and stews to keep the body warm and energized. Finally, the spring transition focuses on light, cleansing foods such as greens and citrus to prepare the body for the renewal of the coming season. Sailing Club

Sailing Club Charter Sunday, March 30 11 am - 6 pm | $105 per person Strict 72 hour cancellation policy enforced Come join us for fun on the water, as we sail the beautiful waters of San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity to see the city and surrounding landscape like never before. This event is intended to be social and introduce folks to the sailing world. New and seasoned sailors are all welcome. Current availability is 12 passengers, so availability is limited, and reservations fill fast! 72 hour cancellation policy strictly enforced. The crew will meet at Seaforth Boat Rental the day of the event 1715 Strand Way, Coronado, CA 92118 Parking available in Seaforth Parking lot as well as on the street. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled event time to sign Seaforth Sailboats has a large parking lot for us to use, but carpooling or Uber is encouraged. Please bring with you a jacket, water, sunscreen, and great energy! There is a deli/cafe at the marina that sells food and beverage. March 2025 Creep: Accusations and Confessions, by Myriam Gurba pg 352 ​ Informal sociology. Gurba’s approach to trauma that is creative and full of gallow’s humor. Gurba writes on far ranging topics like lice, genocide, or the La Llorona legend. Each is a reflection on experience refracted through history and literature.
