Monday Gentle Yoga with Gina 9-9:50am
Gentle yoga is a yoga variation that can include slow and smooth exercises and movements to improve body awareness and range of motion. This class is designed with gentle floor-based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity. This hour-long class is perfect for any age or level student. Accelerate your results with Small Group Training: Functional Movement and Metabolic Intervals. Participants will learn new exercises and techniques to fast track your fitness goals. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer. $20.00 per participant with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants. In this class you can increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.
